Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48-72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days via USPS. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: 

Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom

If there is a county not listed, please email LaTerrea@TaurusBelleBoutique.com for accommodations and we will be more than happy to provide shipping rates, timelines and ship! Timeline will typically take 8-20 business days, depending on location and transit service(s). Expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Taurus Belle Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at LaTerrea@TaurusBelleBoutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
